Saturday, April 12 Enjoy a kosher style* meal with friends and family at Temple Emet Menu: Appetizers Charoset, Horseradish, Hard-Boiled Eggs, Chopped Liver, Gefilte Fish Matzo Ball Soup Classic chicken broth with fluffy matzo balls. Choice of Entrée (choose one) Grilled Salmon with Lemon Herb Sauce Salmon fillet grilled and topped with a light lemon herb sauce. Beef Brisket with Au Jus Slow-cooked brisket served with its natural juices. Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms Portobello mushrooms filled with a mix of vegetables and herbs. Marinated Chicken Citrus and Herb Marinated Chicken with a Tahini Lemon Sauce. Served With Carrot Tzimmes Slow-cooked carrots with a touch of sweetness. Asparagus Tender asparagus spears lightly roasted. Potato Kugel Traditional baked potato dish with a crisp golden crust.
